Birthday Party Q&A

  • I don’t know exactly how many kids will attend. How will I be charged?
    No worries! We will track the number of children who attend your party using a sign-in sheet at the front desk. You will only be charged for any additional children who attend on the day of your party.
  • Does the birthday child count toward the total number of kids?
    Yes, the birthday child is included in the total child count.
  • How long will I have my reserved party area?
    Your reserved party area is available for two hours.
  • How early can I arrive for my party?
    You may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party start time to set up. For Private Parties, you may arrive 30 minutes before your start time.
  • Can I decorate my reserved area?
    Yes, you are welcome to decorate your reserved area. We do not allow thumb tacks or anything that will make holes in the wall. Please bring painter’s tape to hang any wall decorations. Please note we do not allow face paint, confetti, silly string, or glitter.
  • Does Indigo Play offer food for parties?
    Yes, Indigo Play offers delicious pizzas as well as chicken nugget platters for parties.
  • Can I bring my own food?
    Yes, Indigo Play allows outside food for parties only.
  • Can I get a weekday discount?
    Yes! You can get a $50 discount on your Quest or Deluxe party Monday through Friday by entering WEEKDAY when booking.
