General Admission

Q: What are your hours of operation? A: Indigo Play is open Monday through Friday from 9
AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM.
Q: What does admission cover? A: Admission includes access to all play areas, including the
educational playscape, toddler area, and interactive play zones. It does not include arcade games,
food, or birthday party packages.
Q: Is there a time limit on play sessions? A: There is no time limit on play sessions; your
admission is valid for the entire day of purchase, including leave and return.
Q: Are there any age restrictions for the play areas? A: Yes, the crawler area is for children 1
and under, and the toddler area is for children 3 and under.
Q: Are socks required? A: Socks are required for both children and adults and are available for
purchase at $3 per pair. You are also welcome to bring your own socks.
Q: How much is the same-day Austin Aquarium discount? Customers who present a same-
day receipt from Indigo Play receive a 50% discount on admission to the Aquarium. Customers
who present a same-day receipt from the Aquarium receive a 50% discount on admission to
Indigo Play.
Q: How much is the discount to Indigo Play for Aquarium members? A: Aquarium members
receive a 15% discount on admission to Indigo Play.
Q: Who can come in for free? A: Foster children and infants 5 months and under.
Q: Do you have a lost and found? A: Yes, we have a lost and found. We keep lost items for
approximately 2 weeks.
Q: Do you have parking available? A: Yes, we have ample free parking available.
Memberships
Q: How much is a regular monthly pass? What comes with it? A regular monthly pass is $70
and includes unlimited admission for one child.
Q: How much is the autopay monthly pass? What comes with it? A: The autopay monthly
pass is $60 per month and includes unlimited admission for one child and a $20 game card at the
start of each month.
Food and Drinks
Q: What food and drinks do you offer? A: We offer a selection of hot and cold drinks
including coffees, tea, smoothies, refreshers, milk, soft drinks, beer and wine coolers. Food
options are designed for adults and kids and include pizza, nachos, hot dogs, dino nuggets,
pickles, fries, fruit cups, sandwiches, ice cream and a range of snacks.
Q: What food/drinks do we allow customers to bring in? A: Customers are allowed to bring
in water and baby food. No outside food or drinks are permitted beyond that.

Birthday Parties

Q: Can we book a party online? A: Yes, you can see pricing and book birthday parties on our
website, https://indigoplay.com/party/ To speak with someone over the phone, please contact our
party planning team at 512.269.0097.
Q: How much is the deluxe package? A: The deluxe package is an additional $50 added to the
basic party package.
Q: What does the deluxe package include? A: The deluxe package includes an all-day play
pass for all guests, a decorated party area with tablecloths, a happy birthday banner, happy
birthday plates and napkins, and a snack for each child.
Q: How much is the non-refundable deposit for a regular party? A: The non-refundable
deposit for a regular party is $100.
Q: How much is the non-refundable deposit for a private party? A: The non-refundable
deposit for a private party is $200.
Q: How much is an extra table? A: An extra table is $25.
Q: How much is extra juice/water? A: Extra juice or water is $1 each.

Field Trips & Fundraisers

Q: What is your field trip pricing? Schools and organizations receive a special price of $12 for
groups of 20 kids or less, and $10 for groups with more than 20 kids.
Q: How do fundraisers work? It’s easy! Call us to reserve a date for your school or
organization fundraiser. On that day, we will keep the receipts from all your guests and send you
a check for 20% of their admission proceeds.

Discounts

Q: What group discounts do you offer? A: 6-14 kids: 10% off admission; 15-23 kids:15% off;
24-32 kids: 20% off; 33 kids or more: 25% off.
Q: How much is the discount for military/teachers? A: We offer a 10% discount for military
personnel and teachers with valid ID.
Arcade
Q: How many credits will a $5 game card get you? A: A $5 game card provides 20 credits.
Q: What range of credits do the arcade games take? A: Arcade games range from 6 to 12
credits per game.

Rules of Play

It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to supervise their children at all times, remain within the building, and monitor their children’s behavior.

Inappropriate behavior will not be accepted. Indigo Play reserves the right to ask families to leave without further explanation and at the sole discretion of Indigo Play. No refund will be due.

Do not bring unwell children to Indigo Play. Indigo Play will ask families with children
who are ill to leave.

Socks are required to be worn at Indigo Play. No shoes or bare feet are allowed past reception.

No liability will be accepted for loss, damage, or theft of items wherever they might be left in Indigo Play.

• No face paint.
• No climbing on the safety nets.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No firearms or knives of any sort.
• No chewing gum.
• No food or drinks allowed in the play areas.
• No glassware is allowed.
• No pets.

• Indigo Play reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any further explanation, to refuse entry to any person or family.
• Respect others and allow them to enjoy Indigo Play.
• Do not bring unwell children to Indigo Play. Children who begin feeling unwell are to be kept away from the play areas and other children. Indigo Play will ask families with children that are ill to leave – a free entry voucher will be issued for a future visit.
• Socks are required to be worn at Indigo Play. No shoes or bare feet allowed past reception.
• Remove jewelry, badges or pins, and any other sharp objects.
• No liability will be accepted for loss, damage, or theft of items wherever they might be left in Indigo Play.
• Indigo Play does not discriminate in anyway and does not allow any discrimination by guests or staff at Indigo Play.  All guests will be treated equally, fairly, and with respect.
• Indigo Play has a 3-strike policy: on strikes one and two the child will be asked to return to the family and the responsible parent or guardian will be told that redirection is required. On strike three, the family will be required to leave. No refund will be due.

• Any threats to Indigo Play staff will not be accepted. Indigo Play will prosecute any person who mistreats a member of staff to the fullest possible extent. That person and family will be prohibited from returning to Indigo Play.
• We welcome service animals when accompanied by their owners. Indigo Play will help owners with service animals to enjoy all of the play activities. For the safety and comfort of all guests and the service animal, this may mean that we have to change the way in which some play activities are used for short periods. Service animals should wear protective covers over their feet when in the play areas.
