General Admission

What are your hours of operation? Indigo Play is open every day for play and birthdays: Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM. On weekends, we’re open Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sundays from 11 AM to 6 PM.

What is the price of admission? The price is $13 for kids under 6 months-2 years, $19 for kids 2 and up, $3 for adults. Children under 6 months are free.
What does admission cover? Admission includes all-day access the play areas, including the educational playscape, toddler area, and interactive play zones. It does not include arcade games, food, or birthday party packages.
Is there a time limit on play sessions? There is no time limit on play sessions; your admission is valid for the entire day of purchase, including leave and return.
Are there dedicated play areas for babies and toddlers? Yes, the crawler area is for children 1 and under, and the toddler area is for children 3 and under.
Are socks required? Socks are required for both children and adults and are available for purchase at $3 per pair. You are also welcome to bring your own socks.
How much is the same-day Austin Aquarium discount? Customers who present a same-day receipt from Indigo Play receive a 50% discount on admission to the Aquarium.
How much is the discount to Indigo Play for Aquarium members? Aquarium members receive a 15% discount on admission to Indigo Play.
Do you have parking available? Yes, we have ample free parking available.

 Memberships

How much is a regular monthly pass? A regular monthly pass is $70 and includes unlimited admission for one child and one adult.
How much is the autopay monthly pass?  It costs $60 per month and includes unlimited admission for 1 child and 1 adult, plus a $20 game card.

Cafe

What food and drinks do you offer? We offer a selection of hot and cold drinks, such as coffees, tea, smoothies, refreshers, kid juices, and soft drinks. Furthermore, our food options—designed for both adults and kids—include pizza, nachos, hot dogs, nuggets, tenders, chicken sandwiches, burgers, pickles, fries, and selection of snacks.
What food/drinks do you allow customers to bring in? Customers are allowed to bring in water and baby food. No outside food or drinks are permitted beyond that.

 Birthday Parties

 How do I book a party? You can view pricing and book online at www.indigoplay.com/parties, or—if preferred—you can speak with our party planning team at 512‑269‑0097.
What is the deluxe upgrade? The deluxe upgrade includes an all-day play pass for all guests (instead of the standard 2 hours for a party), a tablecloth, a happy birthday banner, happy birthday plates and napkins, and a snack for each child.
How much is the non-refundable deposit for a regular party? The non-refundable deposit is $100 for a regular party, and $200 for a private party.
How much is an extra table? An extra table is $25.

Field Trips & Fundraisers

What is your field trip pricing? Schools and organizations receive a special price of $12 for groups of 20 kids or less, and $10 for groups with more than 20 kids.
How do fundraisers work? It’s easy! Call us to reserve a date for your school or organization fundraiser. On that day, we will keep the receipts from all your guests and send you a check for 20% of their admission proceeds.

Discounts

What group discounts do you offer? 6-14 kids: 10% off admission; 15-23 kids:15% off; 24-32 kids: 20% off; 33 kids or more: 25% off.
How much is the discount for military/teachers? We offer a 10% discount for military personnel and teachers with valid ID.

Arcade

How many credits will a $5 game card get you? A $5 game card provides 20 credits.
What range of credits do the arcade games take? Arcade games range from 6 to 12 credits per game.

Rules of Play

First, parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times. Moreover, inappropriate behavior is not accepted. Consequently, Indigo Play reserves the right to ask families to leave without further explanation—and no refund will be due.

Do not bring unwell children to Indigo Play. Indigo Play will ask families with children who are ill to leave.

Socks are required to be worn at Indigo Play. No shoes or bare feet are allowed past reception.

No liability will be accepted for loss, damage, or theft of items wherever they might be left in Indigo Play.

This is the Indigo Play list of “Nos”:

  • No face paint.
  • No climbing on the safety nets.
  • No smoking or vaping.
  • No firearms or knives of any sort.
  • No chewing gum.
  • No food or drinks allowed in the play areas.
  • No glassware is allowed.
